blend ofanalytical skills creativity and a deep understanding of customerpsychology todrive engagement andloyalty.KeyResponsibilities:1) Customer Segmentationand Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis ofcustomer data to identify key segments.Develop strategies for personalized communication (via SMS EmailWhatsApp & Bot) basedon customersegments. Utilize data insights to enhancethe overall customer experience andsatisfaction.2) Retention Campaign Planningand Execution: Design and implementretention campaigns across various channelsPlanning and creating automated user journeys for effectivecommunication Create compelling content andmessaging to resonate with different customersegments. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless execution ofcampaigns.
3)Feedback and Surveys: Implement customerfeedback loops to gather insights and understand painpoints. Utilize surveys and other feedbackmechanisms to improve customer satisfaction andaddressissuesproactively.4) Analytics andReporting: Regularly analysecampaignperformance and customer metrics to measuresuccess. Provide detailed reports andinsights to senior management.5)Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closelywith product sales and customer support teams to align retentionstrategieswith overall businessgoals. Collaborate with marketing teams toensure consistency in messaging andbranding.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. Minimum 2 years ofexperience in CRM or a similar role Provenexperience in retention marketing or a similarrole. Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and draw actionableinsights. Experience with customersegmentation and targeting strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Proficiency in marketing automationtools and customer relationship management(CRM)systems.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically andexecute tactically.PreferredSkills: Familiarity with A/B testingmethodologies. Knowledge of ecommercesubscriptionbased models or relevantindustries.
