We aim to provide a sustainable and enriching play experience for children aged 0-12 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a User Retention Manager who is passionate about enhancing customer experience and driving referrals among our existing subscribers.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven User Retention Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience of our existing subscribers, promote referrals, and ultimately increase customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve the overall customer experience for existing subscribers.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the customer support team to address and resolve subscriber issues and concerns promptly.
- Implement personalized engagement strategies to build strong relationships with subscribers.
2. Retention Strategy Development:
- Design and implement retention programs to reduce churn and increase subscriber loyalty.
- Analyze subscriber data to identify patterns and trends that can inform retention strategies.
- Develop targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive or at-risk subscribers.
3. Referral Program Management:
- Create and promote referral programs to encourage existing subscribers to refer new customers.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of referral programs, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content and materials to support referral initiatives.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key retention metrics and prepare regular reports on retention rates, customer satisfaction, and referral performance.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve retention and referral strategies.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate retention and referral program goals, progress, and results to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer retention, customer experience management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
