**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute retention programs and initiatives tailored to the specific needs of customers/employees.
2. Proactively engage with customers/employees to understand their needs, address concerns, and build rapport.
3. Monitor customer/employee satisfaction levels and conduct regular surveys or assessments to gather feedback.
4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the retention process.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues impacting retention.
6. Provide personalized support and guidance to customers/employees, addressing their queries and resolving problems in a timely manner.
7. Conduct retention-related training sessions to educate and empower employees on best practices.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices related to customer/employee retention.
9. Prepare reports and presentations on retention metrics, progress, and recommendations for management review.
10. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values and offerings to enhance retention efforts.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, human resources, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or employee engagement roles.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
4. Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret retention metrics.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
6. Knowledge of CRM software and customer/employee management systems is preferred.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Passion for customer/employee satisfaction and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
