& Key Responsibilities Responsible for the Comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical Services to the client. Responsible to drive operational excellence focusing on financial and operational performance/compliance Establishing all engineering process & procedures for M&E activities. Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility Plan, Schedule, and implement 52 Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all Continental MEP assets. Responsible for all legal & authorities related compliances pertaining to facility & engineering systems Plan for and ensure the availability of all critical and non-critical spare parts. Ensure to have strict compliance with local and national statutory rules & regulations and ensure that all the relevant statutory returns pertaining to all the areas of Campus Operations are submitted to the concerned statutory authorities. Implement standard business operating mechanisms such as regular team meetings, strategic review forums, training conferences, and regular analysis and reporting processes to ensure team engagement and alignment and to provide an effective and efficient business operation Responsible for Engineering Operations activities by attending required meetings and developing and implementing programs and procedures on a priority basis Responsible to drive culture, development, and deployment of strategic tools and processes necessary to support the FM program focused on 100% uptime Work towards the ‘ZERO’ down time and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to Clients. Responsible for ensuring landlord’s compliance on availability of all statutory obligations such as CEIG, Fire, Lift, Explosives and stability certificate. Responsible for setting up the maintenance contracts to ensure the risk mitigation to the Client operations. Assume the responsibilities of SFM, as and when required. Implement the Energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities. Handle small renovation projects from initiation to completion. Little knowledge in Projects management is essential. Responsible for weekly & monthly reports on M&E, covering the maintenance contracts, spare parts consumption, Incident reports, Improvement projects etc. Energy management, saving opportunities, risk management & engineering systems audits. Key Performance Management Responsible to manage the operation & maintenance Vendors and AMC vendors related to M&E services Consult with clients and account leadership regarding all aspects of Facility operations, management, account expansions, Asset replacement plan and design. Maintain effective communications with technical personnel and key management, business teamSound like you? To apply, you need to be:
Experienced and client centric
You must have a university degree in engineering/facility management, with eight years’ experience in the field. You’ll need a strong grasp of client satisfaction, as you’ll constantly communicate with our stakeholders. We’ll expect you to provide them with solutions that will continuously improve their systems and save them costs. You’ll also strive to determine if we can provide them other services that may help improve their conditions further.

Qualification and Experience Criteria
B. Tech/ BE/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering from a premier institute Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems Minimum of 5 year’s experience in FM and manufacturing plant industry, with at least 3 years of experience in the following areas:Hand-On Experience in O&M of large physical infrastructure components of a large campus Experience in operation and Maintenance of civil, electrical, HVAC, LAN, Safety, and Security system components for a large-scale infra portfolio Experience in the Operation and Maintenance of integrated Building Management System Good verbal, and written communication and documentation skills Demonstrated experience with service improvement initiatives, Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements, continuous improvement initiatives etc Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required. Operational Risk Management Update and implement Emergency Response plan; drills etc as required Operational Audits and Compliance · Escalation of Incidents/Problems
