**Your profile**
- Experience in Facility Management and administration for office environment with 300+ employee strength.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent of experience industry or With 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Ability to take ownership, think independently and perform tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Proven excellent customer service, written and oral communication and presenting to a variety of audiences in English language.
- Advanced Microsoft office capabilities (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of the role including employee orientation, goal oriented, technical understanding of facility equipment, Maintenance etc
- Effectively able to participate in teams and collaboration cross-functionally.
- Ability to assess and establish priorities for self and others, demonstrate flexibility and understand/communicate sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated, excellent problem-solving abilities and proven decision-making skills..

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead General, Office Administration and Facilities Management
- Monitor Housekeeping, Facility Management working with respective agencies.
- Manage the overall vendor performance to assure upkeep of the facility, drive vendor consultation, and overall vendor operations strategies along with procurement.
- Handle entire property maintenance i.e. Building Maintenance Services.
- Travel/Event Management, Employees / management Transportation, Canteen Management.
- Submitting purchase requisitions, special management approval for facility and administration or related project requirements.
- Approving the invoices for completion of the associated service or material delivery or project completion
- Preparation of Budget and working on cost effectiveness
- Monitoring Assets Management, SEZ compliances for administration
- Liasoning with landlord Govt/Semi Govt/Public Sector Authorities for compliances.
- Renewals of facility annual maintenance contracts
- Working with managers, stakeholders & management for smooth functioning of the facility.
- Taking care of EHS compliances for the facility
