Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Senior Developer located in Kochi. As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as Salesforce.com development, building Visualforce pages, creating Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce.com administration. You will work closely with the team to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Job Description for Salesforce Senior Developers:

1. Tech Lead - Salesforce:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Will lead a team of 5+ members.
  • Capable of providing solutions, architectural design, and technical assistance to team members.
  • Responsible for daily status updates and attending client meetings.

2. Tech Lead:

  • 6+ years of experience in any technology.
  • Open to learning Salesforce

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
  • Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions
  • Knowledge of integrating salesforce.com with other systems
  • Experience in Lightning and Lightning Web Components
  • Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Developer experience
  • Very Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in developing custom Apex, Visualforce pages & Lightning components
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to manage a small team
  • Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point.

Please note that we prefer candidates with Salesforce development experience. However, we can also consider candidates with 6+ exp in any technology and are willing to learn SalesForce.
