Job Description

Essential duties and Responsibilities

Should monitor, measure and report the application support team’s performance and ensuring team is performing according to defined SLA’s. 

Should be able to Identify opportunities to eliminate recurring issues and increase automated resolution.

Should oversee clear and effective communication with all stakeholders including end user assistance where required until the issue has been resolved.

Should have ability to lead and guide functional support team in solution designing to post go live support.

Should organize support team by planning and activities requirement to assign tasks and manage each resource of the team for timely deliverables.

Should lead the support process by following as per company’s compliance policy and able to close SOX audit with Internal and External Auditors and spread regular awareness within team on the importance of compliance.

Should lead the study of new business requirement and its outcome in terms of process efficiency or time saving with further coordination with development team on the solutioning.

Should be able to manage closing process as per reporting timelines and priority resolution of P-1 Issues

Should Identify opportunities to improve or leverage existing systems.

Should work in close coordination with business users and independently manage BAU Operation

Should identify the training needs and co-ordinate for training of finance system users.

Should Involve in the design and development of all business requirements.

Should be able to analyze data, design solutions, testing, and closure of UAT sessions.

Knowledge & Skills

A Minimum of 5-7 years of experience on Oracle Cloud and eBusiness Suite R-12 with full lifecycle experience of implementation and managing Support function of ERP Financials.

Should have good experience in all the financial modules of Oracle ERP.

Should have excellent knowledge of third-party Cloud Application Integrations with Oracle EBS

Should have good experience in integrations and data flow in multiple finance applications from Oracle EBS with efficient exception monitoring.

Experience in EPM Cloud, GL Reconciliation, Lease Accounting, Segment Reporting will be preferred.

Should have good knowledge of ERP monthly closing process involving reporting tools in EPM (ARCS/FCCS/PCMCS)

Should have good experience in EBS Documentation – BRD, MD.50, Test Cases, Change Management Documents

Experience in GL Reports (Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and P&L Account) will be preferred.

Should demonstrate ability to work within process driven environment.

Should have good analytical and decision-making skills.

Should have fluent English with Excellent Written and Verbal Communication

Should be highly organized and self-motivated with strong customer centric ethos.

Should have ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments in parallel.

Should have sound knowledge in understanding of the issue and possible fix.

Should have experience of working with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, Tax Team.
