  • Negotiating and finalizing contractswith clients
  • Collaborating with the events teamto ensure seamless execution of soldevents
  • Attending industry events and networkingto generate new leads
  • Preparing and deliveringsales presentations to potentialclients
  • Keeping abreast of market trends andcompetitor activities
  • Providing exceptionalcustomer service and support throughout the salesprocess
  • Preparing and submitting accurate salesreports and forecasts
  • Utilizing CRM tools tomanage and track sales activities
  • Contributingto the development of marketing strategies to attract newclients
  • Participating in regular sales trainingand professional development
  • Staying updated onindustry regulations and compliancerequirements
RequiredqualificationsRequiredqualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Hotel Management Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in event sales with atrack record of meeting or exceeding salestargets
  • Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain strong client relationships
  • Excellentnegotiation and closing skills
  • Strongcommunication and presentationabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
  • Highlyorganized and detailoriented with the ability tomultitask
  • Knowledge of event planning andindustry trends
  • Flexibility to work eveningsand weekends as required
  • Understanding of eventregulations and compliance
  • Proactive andselfmotivated with a resultsdrivenmindset
  • Ability to travel for client meetingsand industry events
  • Experience in hospitalityor events management is a plus
  • Valid driver slicense and access to reliabletransportation
