OverviewAs a SeniorExecutive in Talent Acquisition/Recruiter you will play a crucialrole in identifying attracting and hiring toptier talent for ourorganization. You will be responsible for managing the fullrecruitment cycle and ensuring that we build a highperforming teamto drive the companyssuccess.
Keyresponsibilities
  • Lead endtoendrecruitment processes for various business units andfunctions.
  • Source screen and interviewpotential candidates utilizing a variety of online resources andnetworking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers tounderstand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitingstrategies.
  • Build a strong talent pipelinethrough proactive sourcing and networkingefforts.
  • Conduct job offer negotiations andmanage the offer process.
  • Utilize recruitingmetrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement and informdecision making.
  • Participate in employerbranding initiatives to attract toptalent.
  • Ensure compliance with all local stateand federal laws regarding employment.
  • Provideguidance and support to other team members in the recruitmentprocesses.
  • Contribute to the development andimplementation of recruitment policies andprocedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices in talent acquisition.
  • Organizeand attend job fairs and recruitmentevents.
  • Manage relationships with externalrecruitment agencies and platforms.
  • Participatein the onboarding process for newhires.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvementof the recruitmentfunction.

Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter orsimilar role preferably in a corporate environment or with a realestate company
  • Familiarity with ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitmentsoftware.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sourcingtechniques and best practices.
  • Strongunderstanding of employment laws andregulations.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize andmanage multiple requisitions.
  • Experience inusing social media professional networks and job boards forrecruitment.
  • Strong negotiation and influencingskills.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proactiveand resultsoriented mindset.
  • Capability tomaintain a high level ofconfidentiality.
  • Certification in Recruitmentor related field is a plus.
  • Experience inemployer branding is a plus.
  • Strongorganizational and timemanagementabilities.
