Responsibilities:

Determine current staffing needs and produceforecasts.

Develop talent acquisition strategiesand hiring plans.

Lead employment brandinginitiatives.

Perform sourcing to fill openpositions and anticipate future needs.

Plan andconduct recruitment and selection processes.

Ensure positive candidate experience.

Assist in employee retention and development.

Supervise recruiting personnel.

Organize and/or attend career fairs assessment centers orother events.

Use metrics to create reports andidentify areas of improvement.

Drive the fullspectrum of recruiting and selection activities.

Create and implement talent acquisition strategies forleadership midcareer and graduate

hiring.

Design and drive the adoptionof consistent recruiting interviewing and hiringpractices.

Partner with leaders within theorganization to track ongoing hiring needs.

Manage endtoend recruitment for senior roles.

Identify and partner with external providers asrequired.

Define and drive the team to meet andexceed hiring benchmarks.

Define and leadprojects focused on continuous improvement.

Stayuptodate with industry trends and incorporate innovative approachesinto talent

acquisition efforts.

Requirements and Skills:

Understand TECHNICAL requirements

Proven experience as talent acquisition manager.

Experience in fullcycle recruiting sourcing and employmentbranding.

Understanding of all selection methodsand techniques.

Proficient in the use of socialmedia and job boards.

Willingness to understandthe duties and competencies of different roles.

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) anddatabases.

Excellent communicator.

Wellorganized.

A leader and strategicthinker.

Bachelor’s degree in humanresources Business Administration or a related field. Amaster's

degree is preferred.

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitmentespecially in leadership roles.

Leadership andteam management skills.

Strong strategic visionaligned with the organization's businessobjectives.

Expertise in talent sourcing anddeveloping a strong talent pipeline.

Experiencein employer branding initiatives.
