Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.


  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for leadership, mid level and roles
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze performance and optimize strategies for improving hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

  • Strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.
  • Expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Job Location: Kuruli, Pune, Maharashtra.
  • Salary with substantial ESOPs - Negotiable for the right candidates
