We are currently hiring for Executive/ Sr. Executive- Talent Acquisition for MIT World Peace University for the Kothrud- Pune Campus.


Candidates with Prior experience in Academic Hiring are Highly preferred.


2. Job Purpose

• Responsible to discover talent, build a strong employment and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. 3. Key Accountability

Strategic

• Responsible to help MITWPU find and retain excellent employees.

• Responsible for saving time, attracting qualified candidates, and hiring the best employees.

Operational

• Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts.

• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.

• Plan employee referral programs.

• Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools.

• Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).

• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.

• Assist in employee retention and development.

• Reviews employment applications and background check reports.

• Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.

• Suggest measures for improving employee retention.

• Determine HR and recruiting KPIs.

• Create and present KPI reports.

• Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.

• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

• Supervise recruiting personnel.

• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.

Academic

• BBA/B.com/B.sc and MBA in HR/PG in HR having experience of 3 to 6 years in Recruitment handling.

• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.).

• Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.

External Representation

• Proven experience as talent acquisition manager.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.

• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.

• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.

• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
