Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers

to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and determine selection criteria.Utilize various

end to end recruitment

process from sourcing to extending offers.Implement

to engage with candidates and build long-term relationships.Generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Required Experience:Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (3 years+)Experience recruiting/sourcing IT/Technical positions such as Data Engineers & ScientistsStrong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems & sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Nakuri preferred but not essential)Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel / Google Sheets
