Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensivechannel management strategy for banks and national pdistributionchannels to drive business growth and achieve salestargets.
2. Identify and onboard potential bank partnersand national distribution channels ensuring alignment with thecompany's target market and product offerings.
3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with keydecisionmakers and stakeholders within partner organizationsfostering collaboration and trust.
4. Collaborate withpartners to develop joint business plans sales targets andmarketing strategies ensuring alignment with the company'sobjectives.
5. Monitor and analyze market trendscompetitor activities and customer needs to identify new businessopportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
6.Provide training and support to partners equipping them with thenecessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell thecompany's products and services.
7. Conductregular business reviews with partners evaluating performanceaddressing challenges and identifying areas for improvement andgrowth.
8. Collaborate with internal crossfunctionalteams including product management marketing and operations toensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
9.Track and analyze sales performance market share and other relevantmetrics providing regular reports and insights to seniormanagement.
10. Stay informed about industry regulationsmarket dynamics and emerging trends in the financial servicesindustry adjusting strategies and tacticsaccordingly.
