Summary ofRole:Responsible for generating leads and converting them into business. Understand marketcompetition analyze competitors and decide product positioningaccordingly.


Keepup to date market trend and have sufficient knowledge of industrychanges ongoing expansion in the market and preparefor action accordingly
SpecificResponsibilities: Identify andqualify new opportunities for polymer and master batch.

Make a scheduledvisit to existing and prospective customers Understand and getaccurate information on expansion at existing customers place newentrant coming in the market Keep yourselfupdated with knowledge of our polymer products and the products ofcompetitors Present product features benefits and overall product offering tonew customersAnalyze decision making people criteria and various other factorsthat influences decision of any case/prospect/customer beinghandled Understandbuying process for polymer and Master batch and accordinglyinfluence at every level Attend trial andsampling at customers place the details of outcome and report toreporting head Get/initiate new business after successful trial Maintain positivecontact with newly acquired customers and existing customers andget repeat orders Develop relationships with prospects and customers and increaserevenue levels through upselling new products Maintain salesvolume product mix and selling price with respect to supplyavailability and market trend and demand changing trends economicindicators and competitors Discuss with thereporting manager regarding sales and marketing to determine thebest methods of promotion Prepare periodicreports on market sales competitors and report to DGM via emailsand other forms Liaise with DGM for budgeting forecasting and give inputs for thesame.

Attendtraining and fairs at home and abroad.

Support companymarketing efforts through active participation in industry meetingsand conferences Provide regular reports and updates tomanagement Market IntelligenceLook for new requirement within the knowledgearea.


Qualifications:BBA/MBA. Shouldhave good command over written and verbal English. Must have interestto work in polymer sector for long term and ready to sign forcontract of over two yearsterm.
