About theRole:
Asa Product Marketer at Glowing Bud you will be a key member of ourmarketing team responsible for developing and executing productmarketing strategies that tells our story to our target audience.You will create and communicate the value proposition of ourproduct drive customer adoption and contribute to revenuegrowth.
Whatwe are lookingfor:
Anexperienced and passionate B2B SaaS Product Marketer who blendsproduct and domain depth. You will be at the heart of defining andcommunicating our unique value proposition to the world buildingour gotomarket strategy and executing product launches as we scaleand embark on the next phase of our growth. As the Director ofProduct Marketing you will collaborate closely with Sales Marketingand Product organizations to ensure effective synergy and executionon product marketing campaigns and ongoing GTMstrategy.
Whatyou will do: Develop a deepunderstanding of our customers and our market build the personasand use cases and use this information to help craft and execute onour gotomarket strategy. ProductPositioning: Develop clear and compelling productpositioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiencehighlighting the unique value of ourproduct. GotoMarketStrategy: Create and execute gotomarket plans for newproduct releases including product launches and sales enablementmaterials. MarketResearch: Conduct market research to identify customerneeds market trends and competitive intelligence to inform productdevelopment and marketing strategies.Content: Produce highquality marketing contentincluding product collateral sales presentations case studies andblog posts to educate and engage targetcustomers. SalesEnablement: Collaborate with the sales team to providethem with the necessary tools training and resources to effectivelycommunicate the value of our product tocustomers. CustomerAdvocacy: Develop and maintain relationships withsatisfied customers turning them into advocates who can providetestimonials and participate in casestudies. Analytics andReporting: Monitor and measure the effectiveness ofproduct marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on dataand insights. CompetitorAnalysis: Stay informed about competitors offeringspricing and positioning to identify opportunities fordifferentiation.Collaboration: Work closely with productmanagement engineering sales and marketing teams to ensurealignment and successful execution of product marketinginitiatives.
Bestsuited for candidates who (Skills/Experience)have: 8 years of handsonexperience with most core product marketing functions messagingcompetitive positioning asset creation sales enablement marketresearch and product launch. Strongunderstanding of marketing principles including product positioningmessaging and gotomarket strategies. Provensuccess in past roles building and growing teams developing peoplegrowing revenue driving career progression.Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. Ability to translate technicalfeatures into customer benefits. Datadrivenmindset with the ability to analyze market and product data to makeinformed decisions. Creative thinker with aknack for storytelling. Selfmotivated andable to work independently as well as part of ateam. Knowledge of the drone industry orrelated technologies is a plus. Ability toadapt to a fastpaced startup environment.Good to have: experience in highgrowth companies or companies whohave grown from $10m$100m.
