MEAN Stack Developer (Product Lead ) 5Exp.Responsibilities:
  • Leadthe Product development team in designing implementing andmaintaining robust MEAN stackApplication.
  • Should be able to plan &execute Development Sprints in Jira based on given FeatureDocumentation.
  • Should be able to allocateresources for Sprints and give timeestimates.
  • Conduct Daily Standup Meetings forTeam and make sure of Sprint Progress.
  • Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to junior developers guidingthem in best practices for MEAN Stackdevelopment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirements provide technical insights and communicateproject progress.
  • Stay updated with the latestdevelopment trends tools and technologies and advocate for theiradoption within the team.
  • Making sure that weare creating highly scalable and maintainable API s that meetperformance and security requirements.
  • Makesure to have at least 90% Test Coverage for NodeJSBackend.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews& refactoring and ensure adherence to coding standards bestpractices and project guidelines.
  • Optimisingfrontend components for maximum performance across a vast array ofwebcapable devices and browsers.
  • Developdetailed annotated wireframes depicting all elements on uniquescreen types including content functional navigation andinteraction specifications.
  • Articulatesrationale for approach in the context of both business and userneeds.
  • Define processes and deliverable thatmeet project goals and are reasonable within operational culturaland technology constraints.
  • Submit WeeklySprint & Product Performance Report toManagement
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsor Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js& Angular development.
  • Experience withNoSQL database technologies like MongoDB ismust.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and theability to work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Excellent communication skillswith the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasksmanage projects properly and meet projectdeadlines.
  • Experience with version controlsystems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines ismust.
