Weare looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Designer. We needa selfstarter who excels in fastpaced startup environments andthrives on service andrelationships.
Yourresponsibilities:
  • TeamLeadership: Provideleadership mentorship and guidance to a team of designers fosteringa collaborative and creative workenvironment.
  • ProductDesign: Lead the design process for our products fromconceptualization to implementation ensuring a seamless userexperience and visually compellingdesigns.
  • DesignStrategy: Develop andimplement design strategies that align with our product vision andbusiness goals.
  • CrossFunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate closely with product managersengineers and other stakeholders to understand product requirementsand translate them into effective designsolutions.
  • QualityAssurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of designdeliverables across all product initiatives providing constructivefeedback and implementing bestpractices.
  • UserResearch: Partner with theresearch team to conduct user research and usability testing usinginsights to inform design decisions and improve the userexperience.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Stay updated on industry trends emergingtechnologies and best practices in product design and drivecontinuous improvement within the designteam.
  • PerformanceManagement: Conduct regular performance evaluationsprovide feedback and support the professional development of teammembers.
  • Resource Management:Manage design resources effectively balancing workloadand priorities to optimize team performance and meet projectdeadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Communicate design concepts project updates andmilestones effectively to stakeholders ensuring alignment andtransparency throughout the designprocess.

Yourqualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in design FineArts or related field
  • 4 years of experience ingraphic design UX/UI design or a relatedfield.
  • 1 years of experience in a leadership ormanagerial role preferably leading a designteam.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AdobeCreative Suite Sketch Figma etc.
  • Strongunderstanding of design principles user experience and userinterface design.
  • Excellent communicationcollaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Proventrack record of delivering highquality design solutions in afastpaced environment.
  • Ability to prioritizetasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tightdeadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
  • Passion for design and adesire to inspire and motivateothers.
