RoleOverview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UXDeveloper to join our dynamic team. In this role youwillcollaborate closely with productdesigners product managers and other stakeholderstounderstand project requirements and userneeds. You will be responsible for craftingvisuallyappealing user interfaces that alignwith our brand identity and elevate the overalluserexperience.

Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with product designers product managers andother stakeholders tounderstand projectrequirements and user needs. Createwireframes mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate designideas andconcepts.
Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with theoverall brand identity and enhancethe userexperience. Develop and maintain designguidelines and standards to ensure consistency acrossallplatforms anddevices. Conduct user research and usabilitytesting to gather feedback and iterate on designsbasedon userinsights. Stay updated on industry trendsand emerging technologies and design best practicestocontinuously improve ourproduct. Work closely with the developmentteam to ensure seamless implementation of designsandprovide support during the developmentprocess. Actively participate in designreviews brainstorming sessions and crossfunctionalmeetingsto contribute ideas andinsights.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual & UI design fordigital products preferably in afintech orrelated industry. Experience in crafting theUI for mobile applications in a productcompany. Excellent skills in visual designtools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suiteetc. Strong portfolio showcasing your designskills creativity and attention to detail.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite SketchFigma or equivalent. Solid understanding ofusercentered design principles and bestpractices. Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to articulate and justifydesigndecisions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced agile environment andadapt to changing priorities. A bachelorsdegree in Design Visual Communication HCI or related field ispreferred.
