JobDescription:We are seeking a highly analytical anddetailoriented Product Analyst to join our team. As a ProductAnalyst you will be responsible for analyzing the performance ofour products identifying areas for improvement and providingactionable insights to drive product development and optimization.You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including productmanagement engineering marketing and sales to inform strategicdecisionmaking and enhance the overall customerexperience.Responsibilities:1.Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources toextract actionable insights. Use statistical techniques and datavisualization to interpret trends and patterns. Identifyopportunities for product improvements based on dataanalysis. 2. ProductPerformance Evaluation: Monitor key product metrics and performanceindicators. Conduct regular evaluations to assess productperformance against goals and benchmarks. Identify areas ofimprovement and recommend strategies foroptimization. 3.Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industrytrends customer needs and competitive landscape. Analyze marketdata and customer feedback to identify market opportunities.Provide insights on target market segments and potential customersegments. 4. UserExperience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improvethe user experience of the product. Conduct user researchinterviews and usability testing to gather feedback on productusability and satisfaction. Recommend enhancements and features toimprove user experience.5. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate withstakeholders to gather and document product requirements. Translaterequirements into clear and actionable user stories or productspecifications. 6.A/B Testing: Plan execute and analyze A/B tests to evaluate theimpact of changes or new features. Use data from A/B tests to makedatadriven decisions and optimize theproduct. 7. Reportingand Presentation: Prepare reports and presentations to communicateinsights findings and recommendations. Present data analysis andproduct performance evaluations to stakeholders and crossfunctionalteams.Clearly articulate complex conceptsconcisely and understandably.Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Economics Computer Science or relatedfield.
  • 12 years of experience in productanalysis data analysis or a related analyticalrole.
  • Proficiency in SQL Excel datavisualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and statisticalanalysis software.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex datainto actionable insights.
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toeffectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Proven track record of drivingproduct improvements and optimizations through datadrivenanalysis.
  • Experience working in an Agiledevelopment environment and familiarity with Agilemethodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Passion for technology andinnovation with a deep understanding of product lifecyclemanagement and usercentered designprinciples.
