  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude, finding effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage) to coordinate services and address guest requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's policies, services, and procedures to provide informed assistance and uphold the high standards of the property.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and special requests in the hotel management system.

 


Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.

Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Guest Relations
