Job Title: Guest Service Associate

At Accor, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including table settings, cleanliness, and side station preparation.
  • Deliver food and beverage services in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
  • Ensure all food and beverage are served promptly and at the correct temperature.
  • Upsell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize sales revenue.
  • Thank guests for their patronage and ensure a smooth departure process.
  • Clear and tidy up tables after guest departure.
  • Collect food and beverage supply requisitions and ensure accurate stock collection.
  • Report any complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management.
  • Assist other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times or as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary / High school education.
  • Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
  • No experience is required.

  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.

  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
