Job Summary

Provide application support for enterprise-level application systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems. Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue. Prioritize multiple, open issues. Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses. Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions. Maintain service reports. Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.


Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in application support Strong analytical thinking, very good communication skills Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and any common scripting languages e.g. schedulers Practical knowledge of any RDBMS, experience with SQL C# , •.Net Framework, •.Net MVC , • MSSQL Server Experience in IIS (trouble shooting application and Deployment) Good time-management, organizational, multi-task and prioritization skills Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.

Role-specific Requirements

C# , •.Net Framework, •.Net MVC , • MSSQL Server Experience in IIS (trouble shooting application and Deployment)
