Logistics Executive

Duties&Responsibilities:Majorresponsibilities will be asfollows:
- To maintain Stock Registerfor Villas and Office and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MaterialsPurchase Report (MPR) Materials
- Received Report(MRR) and Material Released Report.
- Maintenanceof petty cash cash book stock ledger & different registersrelated to Accounts and Stocks (including preparation of allvouchers) for the Office andVillas.
- Responsible for Dispatch ofMaterials
- StockAuditing
AccountsManagement:
- To prepare basic andsome intermediate account reconciliations
- Toprepare schedules reports and adhoc projects
- Toprepare routine and onetime journal entries
- Toprepare physical inventory variance reports for fielduse
- To review processes sets up and reportswarranty credits and warranty receivables.
- Toperform physical inventory postings and inventorycorrections
- To perform simple and complexinventorymovements
HandlingBilling and Dispatch
- Liaison betweenSales Team and Accounts and ensure regular billing and dispatch ofgoods
- Coordinating with own logistics andexternal providers to ensuretimely dispatch anddelivery
- To Update on fundavailability/requirement
MIS
- Maintenanceof Sales and Stock Registers
- Collectionchecking and filing of Operation Reports from the team onregularbasis
- Periodic reporting to the team withrequisitioned data
- Followup on OutstandingPayments
WarehouseManagement
- Maintaining Stocklevels
- Coordinating with Operations Team toensure replenishment
- Maintenance of recordswith respect to inventory
- Handling returns;maintaining register of damagedgoods
MarketingSupport
- Inventory management ofMarketing collaterals
- Coordination with vendorsand Purchase Department for timelydeliveries
- Tracking & Reporting ofCompetitor Activities andSchemes
PurchaseInventory & LogisticsOperations
- Ensure that procurementof all materials are done at the lowest possible cost with thehighest quality in the least possibletime
- Create and ensure implementation ofsystems and processes to guarantee cost and timeline efficienciesincluding vendor empanelment practices tendering practices orderingpractices negotiation practices inventory management practiceslogistics practices etc.
- Manage all purchaseissues
- Run an efficient inventory managementsystem
- Coordinate with all Purchase &Admin personnel Data personnel Contractors Vendorsetc.
General
- Createown and operate all systems to ensure operations runsmoothly
- Oversee daily operations of thecompany and the work closely with Executives Managers and Heads(Marketing Sales Finance Purchase & Admin along withArchitects Designers etc.)
- Manage relationshipswith partners contractors and vendors
- Plan andcoordinate the financial and business annual budget process whichis to be relevant to all operational and administrative aspects oftheorganization
