Experience:1 to 3 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process (Freshcandidates will be considered if they have fluency inEnglish)
Qualifications:
- Excellentfluency inEnglish
- 1to 3 years of experience in BPO or Customer Support voiceprocess
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills
1.Respond to Customer Queries: Address customer inquiriespromptly and accurately through phone email orchat.
2.Identify Customer Needs:Understand customer needs andassist them in utilizing specific product featureseffectively.
3.Product Malfunction Analysis:Analyze and report productmalfunctions by testing different scenarios or impersonatingusers.
4.Database Updates:Update internal databases withinformation regarding technical issues and valuable customerdiscussions.
5.Communication of New Features:Inform customers about newfeatures andfunctionalities.
6.Issue Resolution FollowUp: Follow up with customers toensure timely resolution of their technicalissues.
7.Customer Feedback:Gather customer feedback andcommunicate insights to Product Sales and Marketingteams.
8.TrainingAssistance:Assist in the training of junior CustomerSupportRepresentatives.
Requirements
- Experience:1to 5years in Bpo / Customer Support voiceprocess
- CandidateShould have excellent fluency inEnglish
