Responsibilities:
  • Responsiblefor the management of daily accounts receivable and accountspayable including checking invoices tracking customer and supplierpayments and ensuring timely collection or payment offunds
  • Assist inthe formulation and implementation of expense control strategiesincluding reviewing and processing employee expense reimbursementensuring compliance and budgetcontrol
  • Usingdocuments to verify record and processtransactions.
  • Maintainingaccurate and complete records including ledgers journals invoicesreceipts and information related to supplies andinventory.
  • Assisting theaccounting department in daily monthly and annual activitiesincluding generating financial reports developing budgets preparingtaxes and assisting with audits and resolvingdiscrepancies.
  • Speaking with vendors andsuppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments arereceived in a timely manner.
  • Communicating withclients to discuss account statuses charges ordiscrepancies.
  • Participating in ongoingeducation opportunities to learn about industry trends anddevelopments current financial legislation and company policies andprocedures.
  • Internal audit and preparation ofreports


Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or relatedfield.
  • Newgraduates arewelcome.
  • Proficientin English andThai.
  • Solutionoriented.
  • Positiveattitude and reliable.
  • Full Service mind goodinterpersonal skill able to handleconfidentiality.
  • Able to handle pressure andmultiple tasks.
