Designation:Senior Team Lead RentalSalesLocation:MumbaiKeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop objectives for the call center s daytodayactivities
  • Conduct effective resource planningto maximize the productivity of resources (people technologyetc.)
  • Collect and analyze call statistics(sales rates customer service metrics etc.)
  • Coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customerservice standards
  • Monitor and improve orderingtelephone handling and otherprocedures
  • Evaluate performance with keymetrics (accuracy callwaiting timeetc.)
  • Prepare reports for different departmentsor uppermanagement

KeyRequirements:
  • Provenexperience as call center manager or similarposition
  • Experience in customer service orsales is required
  • Certified CallCenter Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is aplus

KeySkills:
  • Knowledge ofperformance evaluation and customer servicemetrics
  • Solid understanding of reporting andbudgeting procedures
  • Experience in basicmetrics analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office andcall center equipment/softwareprograms
  • Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills
