Designation : Account Manager /Senior Account Manager ( Sales/ Channel Partners )
Exp: 5-8 yrs.
CTC: 10-15 Lacs (Basis experience)
Responsibilities:
Acquiring Channel Partners /Aggregators
- Hunt And build a strong Channel Partners networks in CPaaS Industry
- Onboard Channel Partners/Aggregators in CPaaS space.
- Negotiate high volume and best price deals with Channel Partners
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly communicate with Channel Partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Support Channel Partners in acquiring new Customers
Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales-related activities
- Meet Revenue targets and manage margins to ensure profitability and the growth of the Channel business.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the CPaas /SaaS vertical
- Must have worked in Channel Partners ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Resilience and persistence in pursuing sales targets and overcoming objections.
- Graduation, BBA, MBA
