Designation : Account Manager /Senior Account Manager ( Sales/ Channel Partners )

Exp: 5-8 yrs.

CTC: 10-15 Lacs (Basis experience)

Responsibilities:


Acquiring Channel Partners /Aggregators

  • Hunt And build a strong Channel Partners networks in CPaaS Industry
  • Onboard Channel Partners/Aggregators in CPaaS space.
  • Negotiate high volume and best price deals with Channel Partners

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly communicate with Channel Partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Support Channel Partners in acquiring new Customers

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales-related activities
  • Meet Revenue targets and manage margins to ensure profitability and the growth of the Channel business.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the CPaas /SaaS vertical
  • Must have worked in Channel Partners ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Resilience and persistence in pursuing sales targets and overcoming objections.
  • Graduation, BBA, MBA
