We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Responsible for identifying training needs for their team members and also be able to train them in certain areas
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels
Proven track record of successful account management and client retention
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
