Job Description: The Account Manager at Convin will play a critical role in ensuring the growth and retention of our existing client portfolio. We are seeking a proactive individual with a wealth of experience in account management, adept at identifying upsell opportunities and steering revenue growth. As a key liaison between the company and its clients, you will be at the forefront of fostering relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized service and understanding the unique business needs of each account. If you are passionate about driving success through client relationships and have a proven track record in achieving net retention rate and upsell targets, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Foster and maintain client relationships with executives and decision-makers in large accounts. Expand business relationships beyond IT and Procurement into the C-Suite. You will need to map target org at departmental level to succeed in this role This is a quota carrying role Build and nurture strong relationships. Lead negotiations and pricing discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Managing the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook. Periodically review account performance to optimize growth opportunities. Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on enhancing net retention rates and deriving more business from current clients. Formulate and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and ensure client retention. Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies for account growth and retention. Channel client feedback into product development and improvements. Qualifications: At least 5 years in account management in the Saa S or tech sector. Proven success in growing client accounts and achieving revenue growth through upselling and retention strategies. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue. Here’s What happens after you apply?
