Job Description
What we want: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Media Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and achieving business targets with a primary focus on increasing revenues. You will identify and onboard prospective Agencies, manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop long-term strategies for process improvement. •Plan, strategize, and achieve business targets with a focus on increasing revenues.
•Identify prospective publishers and onboard them.
•Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.
•Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.
•Develop long-term strategies for process improvement.
Grow existing relationships and explore new opportunities.
Requirements
•2-4 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.•Strong team player with a go-getter mindset.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.•Robust analytical skill set.•Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.•Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills.•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines.
