**What we want**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Media Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and achieving business targets with a primary focus on increasing revenues. You will identify and onboard prospective Agencies, manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop long-term strategies for process improvement.

**What you will do**:

- Plan, strategize, and achieve business targets with a focus on increasing revenues.
- Identify prospective publishers and onboard them.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.
- Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Develop long-term strategies for process improvement.
- Grow existing relationships and explore new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a go-getter mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Robust analytical skill set.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines.
