As a Sr. Agency Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the advertising strategy for Amazon's rapidly growing advertising business in India.

This position provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of e-commerce, advertising technology, and strategic partnerships, making a direct impact on the retail and marketplace ecosystem. What You'll Do:

- Drive Advertising Sales: Own and manage ad sales for Amazon's e-commerce business, spanning Search, Display, and DSP channels.

- Agency Partnership: Lead and scale programs that enable agencies to drive advertising success for Amazon. Engage with CXOs, Brand leaders, and Agency Heads regularly to build lasting relationships.

- Innovate and Scale: Ideate and execute new initiatives to scale agency expertise, and continuously improve internal programs, tools, and processes.

- Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with internal teams-Product, GTM Marketing, Program Managers, AE/AM-to develop training, enablement programs, and drive adoption of advertising tools across agencies.

- Reporting & Insights: Regularly track and report on the performance and adoption of agency-driven initiatives, ensuring the continual success of advertising programs.

What You Bring:

- Educational Background: Master's degree from a Tier 1/2 B-school.

- Experience: 5-10 years of post-MBA experience with a proven track record in ad sales, particularly in building and scaling advertising partnerships.

- Ad-Tech Expertise: Experience in Ad-tech, working with agency partners to drive impactful media strategies.

- Agency Experience: A strong understanding of agency dynamics and the ability to build and maintain high-value relationships.

Preferred Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of advertising technologies (DSP, Search, Display) and how they can be leveraged to drive performance.

- Experience working with large-scale agencies and enterprise-level brands to build strategic, long-term advertising solutions.
