Job Description: Email Marketing and LeadGeneration SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated andresultsdriven Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist tojoin our team. As a key member of our marketing department you willbe responsible for developing and implementing effective emailcampaigns to engage our target audience and generate qualityleads.Responsibilities:1. Email CampaignManagement: Plan create and execute targetedemail campaigns to nurture leads and driveconversions. Develop compelling contentsubject lines and callstoaction to optimize emailperformance. Monitor and analyze key metricsadjusting strategies to enhance campaigneffectiveness. 2.List Management and Segmentation: Manageemail subscriber lists ensuring data accuracy and segmentation forpersonalized targeting. Implement strategiesto grow and maintain a highquality email subscriberbase. Utilize segmentation techniques totailor messages based on audience characteristics andbehaviors. 3. LeadGeneration: Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to develop lead generation strategies aligned with businessgoals. Implement tactics to capture qualifyand nurture leads throughout the customerjourney. Utilize various channels and toolsto identify and attract potential customers.4. A/B Testing andOptimization: Conduct A/B testing on emailcampaigns to optimize content layout andtiming. Continuously analyze results andapply insights to improve overall campaignperformance. 5.Automation: Implement marketing automationtools to streamline processes and enhance leadnurturing. Build and optimize automatedworkflows to deliver timely and relevant content toleads. 6. Analyticsand Reporting: Provide regular reports onemail campaign performance lead generation metrics and overallmarketing KPIs. Use datadriven insights tomake recommendations for improvements and futurestrategies.Requirements: Proven experience in email marketing andlead generation preferably in a B2Bindustry. Familiarity with email marketingplatforms marketing automation tools and CRMsystems. Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and make strategicrecommendations. Excellent writtencommunication skills with an understanding of persuasivemessaging. Ability to work collaborativelyin a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
