Job Overview: 

We seek a skilled Retention Marketing Intern to join our team and help us grow and strengthen our presence in the international market. 

As a team, we are obsessed with finding every marginal 1% gain we possibly can, and your job is to uncover and reveal these gains and insights. 

Job Title: Retention Marketing Intern 

Reports To: Retention Marketing Team

Employment Type: Full-time Location: IIDE Office, Lower Parel 

Position Overview: 


As an intern within the Retention Marketing Team at IIDE, you will execute end-to-end promotional campaigns, write communication copy, coordinate data reporting across various channels, and ensure content quality.

This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for driving growth in the education sector. 

You'll need great relationship-building skills, solid presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting end-to-end email, SMS & WhatsApp marketing campaigns

2. Study Customer Data from CRM

3. Creating multiple segments from existing data

4. Daily analysis of campaigns 

5. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in CRM efforts



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • While formal education and qualifications are important, we care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and your ability to fit into our existing team culture 

  • Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. 

  • Strong analytical, written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

  • You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. 

  • Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
