Overview: The role ofOverseas Sales (B2B) is crucial in driving theorganization’s international sales growth by identifyingand cultivating business opportunities in overseas markets. Theposition requires a strong understanding of international businessnorms excellent communication skills and the ability to build andmaintain relationships with overseas clients andpartners. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans toexpand the company’s overseas B2B sales.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potentialopportunities and develop entry strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements withinternational clients.
  • Build and maintainproductive longterm relationships with overseas partners anddistributors.
  • Collaborate with marketing andproduct development teams to tailor offerings for internationalmarkets.
  • Attend trade shows and events topromote the companys products and servicesinternationally.
  • Provide regular sales reportsand forecasts for overseas markets.
  • Stayupdated on global market trends and competitivelandscape.
  • Ensure compliance withinternational trade regulations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with logistics and shipping partners toensure timely and accurate delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing orrelated field.
  • Proven experience in overseasB2B sales with a successful track record of achievingtargets.
  • Strong understanding of internationalbusiness practices and cultural differences.
  • Excellent negotiation and communicationskills.
  • Ability to travel internationally asrequired.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages maybe advantageous.
  • Experience in market analysisand identifying new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations andcompliance requirements.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a crosscultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven salesenvironment.
  • Excellent time management andorganizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office suite.
