**Job Overview**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a presales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Good knowledge of the barter industry and related market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a sales team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to drive product enhancements and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
