Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Associate for Talent Acquisition Function.
In this role, you will:
- To manage end to end recruitment, as part of larger HR function of Wells Fargo.
- Partner with Business leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Resource Management Group in identification and prioritization of current & future talent needs, and the deployment of requisite recruiting strategy for fulfilment.
- Proactive hiring plan as per the hiring volume for faster & efficient delivery.
- Ensure effective fulfilment for all transitions as per defined target date.
- Effective utilization of all sourcing channels that includes Direct Sourcing, Internal movement, referrals & agency partners.
- Manage key recruitment metrics of Time to Offer, Time to Hire, process compliance, candidate & stake holder experience.
- Conduct interviews and drive hiring process with metrics to measure results.
- Monitor and review recruiting KPIs to identify opportunities to improve performance results within the business.
- Ensure key business stakeholders are delighted with the right talent acquisition partnership model.
- Provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as research competitive markets and peer organizations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company
- Receive direction from Recruiting supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of organization's policies, procedures, Human Resources or compliance requirements
- 6+ months of Recruiting experience, or equivalent
- Graduation with relevant work experience into end-to-end recruitment.
- Current or Previous experience in a GCC firm, preferably in Banking domain.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills to build strategic partnership with senior and external partners.
- Champion a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encourage partnership and knowledge sharing.
- Data driven capability ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisions.
- Good organization skills and execution excellency
- High Energy, passion, and enthusiasm to be part of growing site.
- Graduation with relevant work experience into end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience into hiring of Risk, Control, Business or Operations domain is preferred.
