Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team based in Mangaluru. This is a mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the companys growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in establishing and maintaining client relationships to drive repeated business.
  • Market Analysis (Mandatory skill): Ability to research and analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Problem Solving (Mandatory skill): Competence in addressing and resolving issues that may arise during the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Team Management: Proficiency in leading and managing a sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting: Ability to predict sales figures and trends to assist in strategic planning.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company's growth objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Monitor sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and report to senior management.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and marketing efforts.
