Job Description: Learning Management Position
Summary:
The Learning Management role is responsible for overseeing and managing the learning management system (LMS) within an organization. This position involves the administration, coordination, and implementation of online and offline learning platforms and resources to facilitate effective training and development programs.The Learning Management professional collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Management Executive:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for batch co-ordination.
- Upload and organize course content in the LMS, ensuring proper sequencing, and accessibility
- Coordinate the scheduling and communication of courses.
- Resolve candidate issues and inquiries by working with other internal teams.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
