Job Description:As an L&D Associate at QuantumLeap Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the L&D function. A major part of responsibilities will involve creating and maintaining reports, researching potential training opportunities, internal team coordination, and organising L&D training events. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a knack for innovation and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work.

Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably from a training and development coordination background.

Tasks & Responsibilities:Coordinate with HR and Support new-hire on-boarding (space/technology/relevant resource access)Maintain Coach Files with necessary informationCreate fortnightly performance reports and share with relevant stakeholdersTraining Need AnalysisCreate presentations including detailed models and visual aids for training requirementsCollaborate with other departments on administrative tasks, such as managing training venues, resource material, technology, etc.Coordinating within the Operations Team for required learning/training slotsCalendar managementResource management and coordinationPre & post training assessmentsTraining feedbackExploring additional resources and courses based on Training Need Analysis

Skills & Knowledge Required:Time and bandwidth managementCommunication SkillsAttention to DetailData management and reportingAptitude to grasp new conceptsWell versed with technologyProficiency in using Google Sheets for report creation and generationProficiency in creating presentations (not limited to PowerPoint)Calendar ManagementPossess the ability to learn, unlearn, and adapt to a fast-paced environmentAbility to give and receive constructive feedbackConfidence and maturity to work with senior executives
