Learning Specialist

We are now looking for a Learning & Transformation Specialist, where you’ll be instrumental in shaping our change initiatives. You will design and deliver training programs that are intended to bring out the best in talent and build a growth mindset in the organization.
Your Mission, Should You Choose Us:
Develop and implement innovative learning programs that effectively address the needs of diverse audiences within the organizationDeliver engaging training sessions that encourage participation and facilitate measurable improvements in performanceCollaborate with SME's to tailor content that supports their specific learning objectivesLead projects from conception through to execution, ensuring they deliver practical, impactful resultsFind creative ways to reinforce learnings and find ways to change behaviorsEvaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, using data to refine and optimize future content
What We Seek:
Degree and work experience in any of the technical areas of workspace designDemonstrated ability to apply a continuous learning mindset to your work, constantly seeking to improve and innovate.Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budgetAt least 3 years of experience in a team development role and proven track record of talent creation for the organization
