You will design and deliver training programs that are intended to bring out the best in talent and build a growth mindset in the organization.


Your Mission, Should You Choose Us:


As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will:


Innovate Learning Programs: Craft and implement creative and impactful learning programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our organization.


Engage and Facilitate: Deliver captivating training sessions that spark participation and lead to measurable performance improvements.


Collaborate with Experts: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design content that aligns perfectly with their specific learning goals.


Lead and Execute: Manage training projects from the ground up, ensuring they deliver practical, real-world results that make a difference. Use storytelling and real-world examples to make training relatable and memorable.


Reinforce Learning: Develop innovative methods to reinforce learnings and drive lasting behavior change.


Evaluate and Optimize: Use data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, continuously refining and enhancing content.


What We Seek:


  • Degree and work experience in any of the technical areas of workspace design
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a continuous learning mindset to your work, constantly seeking to improve and innovate.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget
  • At least 3 years of experience in a team development role and proven track record of talent creation for the organization
