This role involves working closely with business leader, managers, and learners to manage and implement the organizational learning strategy and plan.
This role will report into VP – Learning and Development
Job Description:
- Successful rollout of lateral technical programs for adjacent skilling via bench learning and hire/train/deploy models.- Program management of flagship programs for niche groups such as project managers, delivery managers, architects.- Manage the learning experience platform to enable greater adoption and usage.- Ensure effectiveness of learning by linking learning and development with key business metrics and outcomes.- Manage relationships with technical learning partners for classroom learning, digital content, technical labs, assessments, certifications.- Manage relationships with business leaders and SMEs to meet learning goals and outcomes.- Manage learning budgets and costs in an optimal and effective way.- Define and implement learning policies, processes, SOPs to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Should have 14 to 20 years of experience in learning and development.- In depth experience in Training, Learning and Talent management practices.- Should have experience of learning analytics, data analysis, and presenting, and using effectively in decision making.- Adept with a variety of learning platforms and methods.- Extensive knowledge of the learning partner eco-system.- Should have good exposure to IT Industry.- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
