Summary

We are looking for a Delivery Head who will be responsible for leading large mobile and digital application development team throughout mobile product development process that aligns with Aristocrat’s strategic product roadmap.
You will be responsible for ensuring that delivery of work for the studios aligns with stakeholder’s expectations regarding scope, timelines, and quality.
You will be leading, mentoring, and coaching multiple teams of developers that will enhance and accelerate the way Aristocrat develops products.
We are looking for a thought leader who will be contributing, influencing and implementing the product and technology strategy.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with the product managers and product owners to understand the customer needs, product initiatives and deliver high quality solutions that drives best in class mobile and digital experience. Mentor and guide members of the Mobile Studios, ensuring a high level of performance and professional growth Lead multi-team and multi-geography projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. Analyzes and reviews development processes and/or tools to increase operating efficiency and adapt to new processes. Creates and ensures adherence to the development policy, procedures, and quality initiatives.  When applicable participate with the team in brainstorming and design sessions. Take technology initiatives to bring the overall mobile and digital ecosystem to the next maturity level. Participates with the team to review software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Acts as a liaison with Systems organizations. Acts as a liaison with manufacturers and vendors of software and application products, especially regarding problem diagnosis and resolution.  Participates in the budget process for his or her area of the business. Performs all other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Requires minimum of 15+ years of software development experience. 8 or more years of management experience Requires experience in managing the delivery of mobile and digital applications which are released to the AppStore and Play Store Requires experience with consumer phasing digital products and solutions. Experience in managing projects/products using modern technology, digital solution architecture, cloud and programing tech stacks like Agular, Ionic, React JS, React Native, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or its equivalent. Requires experience in leading global teams across different geographies. Must have strong management skills in the areas of performance management, employee engagement and talent development. Requires experience in building technology strategies and execution. Solid experience in all aspects of software development, using generally accepted tools and techniques. Requires good experience with agile software development processes.  Ability to identify ways to optimize processes and develop assets.  Experience with resource allocation and managing utilization. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking in problem solving. Demonstrates an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.  Experience in Casino Gaming industry is a plus.
