The Role:

- We are seeking a Head of Strategic Operations to lead seamless delivery across seven campuses, driving operational excellence and positively impacting thousands of students globally.

- In this role, you will be the linchpin connecting strategy to execution, overseeing the performance of our campuses and ensuring that every student interaction delivers exceptional quality. The goal is to achieve and maintain an exceptionally high Net Promoter Score (NPS) across all locations, making sure that every student walks away inspired and fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cohesive Campus Strategy: Develop and implement a unified strategy across seven campuses to ensure consistent, high-quality student experiences.

2. Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, faculty, and administration to align operations with Tetr's academic vision, business goals, and student experience initiatives.

3. Performance Oversight: Use data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, enhance campus student experiences, and improve NPS.

4. Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence to address challenges and elevate the student experience across campuses.

5. Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless coordination and execution, prioritising student experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Ivy League MBA, ex-founder, or 4+ years at MBB/LEK/Kearney or leadership experience at successful startups, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic execution.

2. Proven track record in leading complex, multi-location operations, preferably in a high-growth or educational environment.

3. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
