We strive to provide rapid, performance-based, industry-focused and technology-enabled services, which reflect a shared knowledge of global and local industries and our experience of the Indian business environment.Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or equivalent.Master's degree/ Diploma in business administration/ general management is preferable.8-10 years of total work experience with at least 6 years of proven experience in IT transformation project management/ program managementMandatory work experience in aviation / general transportation for at least 3 yearsPrevious work experience in aviation relevant technology platform(s) is desired.PMP or a Prince 2 is mandatory requirement. Certification(s) in project management methodologies such as Safe Agile, Scrum master, Waterfall is desired.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables. Function as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including alliances, internal teams, and external vendors, fostering open communication, and maintaining positive relationships.Collaborate with human resources and department managers to assemble project teams with the necessary skills and expertise. Implement and enforce protocols, safety measures, and quality assurance processes as agreed upon to ensure that substation projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project team members.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact project success. Proactively assess and manage project risks, making informed decisions to keep projects on track Ensure compliance with the organizations project management methodology and standardsDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.Implement strategies to address schedule variances and keep projects on timeEnsure maintaining of project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders. Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project.
