Master's degree/ Diploma in business administration/ general management is preferable. 8-10 years of total work experience with at least 6 years of proven experience in managing large scale IT/ digital transformation projects and change management Mandatory work experience in aviation / general transportation for at least 3 years Previous work experience in aviation relevant technology platform(s) is desired. PMP or a Prince 2 is mandatory requirement. Certification(s) in project management methodologies such as Safe Agile, Scrum master, Waterfall is desired.

Design the strategic structured process framework to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management Conducts impact analysis, assesses change readiness, and identifies key influential stakeholders Identifies risks, anticipates points of resistance, and develops specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns Collaborates closely with the project and business leaders to provide remediation and coaching services to all employees in need Support the design of change implementation scheduling and document relevant processes and activities Validate that appropriate tests and evaluate them before high-risk changes are approved Develops training strategies and materials for Business Process Transformation teams Creates engaging learning materials and activities that enhance project integration and adoption Evaluating the change impact at the user process and technology level and organizational readiness to limit potential risk by providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact. Conduct post implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request supporting the change manager in decisions for major changes Track and report issues from project inception through execution and project sustainment. Define, measure and monitors success metrics across all work streams delivering ongoing feedback to stakeholders on change progress
