Master's degree/ Diploma in business administration/ general management, or equivalent 12-14 years of total work experience with at least 9 years of proven experience in managing IT/ digital transformation projects Mandatory work experience in aviation / general transportation for at least 3 years Previous work experience in aviation relevant technology platform(s) is desired. PMP or a Prince 2 is mandatory requirement. Certification(s) in project management methodologies such as Safe Agile, Scrum master, Waterfall is desired.

Setup a framework for end-to-end program management and reporting to stakeholders. Update Stakeholders on progress updates, risks/issues, course corrections etc. Manage technical projects from initiation to closure, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities. Update Stakeholders on progress updates, risks/issues, course corrections etc. Identify project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize the impact on project outcomes. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed. Manage project change requests and scope changes, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams. Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports to support decision-making processes. Allocate and manage resources efficiently to achieve project goals within budget constraints. Monitor compliance with relevant regulations throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any environmental or health concerns promptly. Mentor and coach project team members to improve their project management skills.
