Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals. 2. Oversee advanced accounting processes, including complex financial transactions and reconciliations. 3. Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventory valuation. 4. Collaborate with the PM to implement accounting systems and integrate financial tools. 5. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 6. Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. 7. Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations to enhance client financial health.

RequirementsSkills :

1. Advanced accounting, inventory management, and financial statement preparation.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.

Additional Skills:

1 Cin7 is Mandatory.2. Expertise in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero 
3. Knowledge of inventory management systems.
4. Experience with systems integration and implementation.
5. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
7. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcing industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
